VOTRE CERCLE DE VIE PARTICIPATES IN BIO-GIPFEL 2022
On 4 November, Esther and Nicolas will attend the Bio-Gipfel event at the School of Agricultural, Forestry, and Food Sciences (BFH-HAFL) in Zollikofen.
This year's Bio-Gipfel will be dedicated to the question "Organic in my plate - true or false?" and will revolve around the realities and untruths of organic food. Participants will be introduced to the basics of the organic world and the jungle of labels will be explained. The latest innovations will be presented, and organic food's effects on health will be discussed.
Esther and Nicolas will give a short presentation of the Votre Cercle de Vie project and will lead a workshop on food and its preservation.
From field to plate - or from production to consumer, Bio-Gipfel is for all participants in the organic value chain across the cantons and offers space and opportunity for networking in the industry and helping to shape the market. There will be discussions and exchanges and you will have the opportunity to participate in the Food Atelier and make sustainable products yourself.
