Would you like to discover the artisanal production of L'Etivaz AOP alpine cheese and learn all its secrets?
Come and visit us at our Pâquier-Mottier mountain chalet! Until the end of August, you can observe (and participate in) the making of this incredible cheese, with Nicolas Mottier!
The cheese is made every day from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
