This cheese unites the plant world through honey, the nectar of flowers; the mineral world through the silica of crystal; and the animal world through the delicious raw milk. Under the watchful presence of a crystal, the guardian of this space, through the windows of my natural stone walls, I invite you to observe the silent and living process of cheese maturation, carried out by microbacteria, the true artisans behind the unique and savory tasting experience.

The Crystal Cellar, nestled in the heart of the parking and event hall, is a central and emblematic space, deeply connected to Mother Earth and vertically aligned beneath the central roof opening. A fully glazed entrance leads you inside, where walls and floors of natural sandstone create an authentic setting. Windows frame the space, inviting the curious gaze of our visitors. One cannot help but admire this marvelous space. At the back of the cellar, a spring flows from a round niche, bringing a soothing murmur to the atmosphere. The petals of the glass flower of life, located at the center of the stable, adorn its ceiling, filtering the light and offering a visual connection with the stable. At the center stands an 80 cm tall quartz crystal, grounding the building into the rock and linking the luminous energies with those of the earth. Its radiance spreads throughout the room and even beyond, through the windows, inviting everyone to fully connect with the present moment. A gentle breeze carries the scent of maturing cheeses, filling the air with a delightfully enchanting ambiance.

This cellar is indeed a sanctuary where the art of cheese maturation transforms into a profoundly nourishing experience. Just as crystals mature within the crevices of rocks, here, crystallized cheese takes shape.
