Our glass walls showcase carefully preserved and displayed foods to delight your senses. We are like the cellars of ancient times, with our raw earth vaults and soil floors, made from excavation materials, and our handcrafted local wood shelves. In this way, we optimally preserve all our treasures to maintain their flavors and health benefits. What are these treasures? Fruits, vegetables, meat products, dairy products, and wine—enough to create a sumptuous feast! And to top it off, the crates holding our fruits are made from the wood of the corresponding fruit trees!
