The ability for humans to embark on journeys of discovery to new horizons has been made possible, in part, thanks to the development of various means of transportation. Far removed from steam trains, our modes of transport have evolved significantly, and so too has our way of life.

Given the current challenges facing our society, how can sustainable and local mobility mitigate the impact of tourism?
